Terms of Service & Sacred Journey Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and outline the agreement between you ("The Client", "The Student") and Emma Greenaway trading as Wyrd Enchantress ("The Practitioner", "I", "We"), based in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, UK.

By accessing this website, purchasing a tarot or rune reading, booking a shamanic energy session, or enrolling in a Reiki Attunement Course, you fully accept and agree to these terms.

1. Holistic Services & Intent

All services provided by Wyrd Enchantress, including Usui Reiki training, shamanic soul medicine, intuitive readings, and 1-to-1 shamanic yoga, are intended for spiritual growth, personal transformation, and energetic alignment.

Divination Services: Tarot and ancient Norse rune casting sessions are provided as intuitive guidance. By law in the United Kingdom, divination services must technically be labeled as being for "entertainment purposes only," though they are delivered here with the highest professional intent, ethics, and accuracy.
The Integration Method: This specialised 3-session container relies heavily on client participation, somatic grounding, and personal sovereignty. Results depend on your individual timeline and integration journey.
Age Boundaries & Sovereignty: All services and training weekends are designed exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a reading, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the explicit, verified permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. YMYL & Medical Disclaimer (Strict Legal Boundary)

Wyrd Enchantress operates under strict non-clinical and holistic care ethical guidelines.

No Medical Advice: The treatments, frameworks, or advice found on this site or discussed in sessions do not constitute medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
No Substitution: We do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or interfere with healthcare treatments managed by licensed medical professionals.
Client Responsibility: If you are experiencing severe physical illness, mental health crises, or clinical psychological distress, you are required to seek advice from a qualified doctor or healthcare provider. You take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Limitation of Liability: To the absolute maximum extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, the total financial liability of Emma Greenaway / Wyrd Enchantress to you for any losses, claims, damages, or emotional distress arising out of your use of this website or participation in any session, reading, or training course shall be strictly limited to the exact amount you paid for that specific service. Wyrd Enchantress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

3. Booking, Payment, & Financial Securities

Secure Payments: All fees for sessions, digital products, or training weekends are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Wyrd Enchantress does not see or store your raw financial card details.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete email, phone, and billing details so we can fulfill your bookings and contact you regarding logistics.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy

Because space is limited—especially for in-person sanctuary sessions in Worcestershire and group Reiki Attunement Weekends—the following policies apply:

Tarot & Rune Readings: Written reflections and virtual/in-person readings are non-refundable once the reading has been completed or delivered.
1-to-1 Sessions & Soul Medicine: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.
Reiki Training Courses: Deposits or full payments for training weekends are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future training date at the discretion of Wyrd Enchantress, provided at least 14 days' notice is given before the course begins.

5. Intellectual Property & Sacred Copyright

All content on this website—including text, blog posts regarding ancient lore and Norse paganism, custom rituals, graphics, images, logos, and course materials provided during Reiki training—is the intellectual property of Emma Greenaway / Wyrd Enchantress.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any material from this site or training manuals without express, written permission.
You are welcome to share blog posts or quotes on social media, provided that clear credit is given to Wyrd Enchantress.

6. Code of Conduct & Sanctuary Safety

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session, cancel a booking, or block access to our services if a client exhibits abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or highly disruptive behavior. Our physical sanctuary in Droitwich Spa and our digital spaces are sacred environments meant to protect the peace of both the practitioner and other participants.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
